Exchanges and Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition. Special orders, altered pieces (including ring sizing) and custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Credits or refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment. For any purchase made by check, there will be a 14 business day wait period. All cash refunds will be made by check within 7 business days. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Special Orders

All special orders require a deposit of 1/3rd of the total estimated price and cannot be cancelled or exchanged.  A special order includes any jewelry, gemstone or watch that has to be ordered to accommodate the client’s request for an alternative style, size, metal or color that is not available in stock.

Custom Work

Custom designed jewelry involves metals, gems and labor furnished for a specific client. Custom jewelry cannot be refunded or exchanged and requires a deposit of 1/3rd of the total estimated price before the work begins.  Every effort will be made to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) ordered.  Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s complete satisfaction.

Service and Cleaning

We will clean your jewelry (ultrasonic and steam) and check the settings free of charge. We recommend this be done every 6 months. Not responsible for the loss of stones due to worn prongs and settings when cleaning.

Colored Gemstone, Conflict-Free Diamond, and Recycled Metals Disclosure

Purchasers of colored gemstones should be aware that natural gemstones are processed from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted trade practices. All colored gemstones listed on the front of this sales slip have probably been subject to stable and possibly  undetectable enhancement processes. Our diamonds are purchased from diamond suppliers that guarantee in writing that their diamonds are conflict free. Furthermore, all our diamond suppliers guarantee that all their diamonds are in compliance with the resolution set forth by the Kimberly Process. We continue to move toward 100% recycled metals and use suppliers who guarantee that the metals used in their casting process are 100% recycled. All relevant information will be proved to the best of our knowledge. Prevailing market values are based on these universally practiced and accepted processes by the gem and jewelry trade.

Repair Take-In

Work is done at Customer’s Risk. This store will not be held responsible for the following: identification or condition of jewelry at time of receipt; altered, treated or enhanced diamonds or colored stones; and/or pieces that are unmarked or marked incorrectly. Customer’s jewelry can be accepted for repair, sizing and/or remounting with the understanding that ALL work is to be done at the “customer’s risk”. This is due, but not limited to; light weight  mountings, flawed, fragile or chipped stones, poor manufacturing, worn items, poor workmanship by a previous jeweler or sizing up or down beyond limits of ring. Not responsible for items left beyond 90 days.
